退換貨條款：
顧客可於收到商品後7日內免費更換貨品。
- 商品必須保持全新狀態，未經使用，且包裝完整無損。
- 辦理退貨時，需連同所有原始包裝及完好無缺的標籤一併退回。
- 本公司不提供退款服務。
- 運送產生之費用須由顧客自行負擔。
若有任何爭議或交易紀錄不清的情況，本公司擁有最終裁決權。
缺貨處理方式：
若付款後發生缺貨情形，顧客可選擇保留訂單等待補貨（最長等候期為30天）或取消該筆訂單。
Return & Exchange Policy:
Customers are eligible for a free exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Returns must include all original packaging materials and intact labels.
- Refunds are not available.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
