How Accumulation & Validity Works
- Tracking Window: Your accumulated spend is tracked automatically via your registered store account from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
- Instant Upgrade: As soon as your total net spend hits a tier threshold (HK$1,000 or HK$2,000), your account is instantly upgraded, and your new discount will apply to your next purchase.
- Yearly Reset (Cut-Off Date): On the last day of each year (December 31st at 11:59 PM HKT), all accumulated spending balances will reset to zero for the upcoming new year cycle.
- Tier Maintenance: Your upgraded tier status (Gold or Diamond) will remain active for the remainder of the current year plus the following calendar year. To maintain your status for the year after, you must hit the respective spend threshold again before December 31st.
Terms & Conditions
- Membership discounts are tied directly to your registered account email and cannot be transferred.
- Accumulated spend is calculated based on the net order amount (excluding shipping fees, gift card purchases, and after any applied voucher codes).
- Cancelled or refunded orders will be deducted from your total accumulated yearly spend balance.
- Tier discounts cannot be combined with flash sales or specific seasonal clearance coupons unless explicitly stated.
