Refund policy

At E&I Gifts, we hope every item you receive brings joy and peace. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help!

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges You can request a return or exchange within 14 days upon delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

  • Personalized or custom-engraved items (due to the DIY/laser engraving service).

  • Sale or clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us. We will do our absolute best to solve the situation and make it right for you!

  2. Step 2: Please include your order number and provide supporting proof (clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  3. Step 3: Our team will review your request promptly and guide you through the return, exchange, or replacement process.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our Lai Chi Kok showroom, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing timeframe.
